The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris are just around the corner. Join the Medicine Hat Concert Band Society as we pay tribute to the spirit of our Olympic heroes! You’ll hear music representing the drive and energy of Olympic competition. You'll also hear pieces written by Canucks, or written about the country that produced Olympic greats like Christine Sinclair, Damian Warner, and Donovan Bailey. The night will also feature the world premiere of a trombone quartet commissioned by the MHCBS and written by Royal Canadian Artillery Band musician Julien Simard. “The Day the Water Turned Red” pays tribute to Canada’s contribution to the D-Day landings of 1944 as we approach their 80th anniversary. Mark your calendars and get ready for a great night of music, with more than a few shenanigans thrown in for your pleasure. Run, don’t race-walk, to the Esplanade and get ready for a perfect 10 of a concert. To learn more about the MHCBS or to join us, visit www.mhconcertband.com.

Child ticket pricing is available for this show and will appear at the end of checkout.
