PD Days (Ages 5–12): Full days from 9:00 am–4:00 pm (drop-off begins at 8:30 am and pick-up ends at 4:30 pm)

Our unique PD Day programs offer children access to multiple community-based learning resources in one engaging experience. In the morning, participants will explore the exhibitions at the Esplanade and take part in play-based art projects designed to spark imagination, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In the afternoon, we take a short walk across the street to the Medicine Hat Public Library, where kids can enjoy special programming and activities that complement their creative learning.

The registration fee includes all materials. Please note that some materials may stain clothing, so students should wear old clothes or bring an apron or paint shirt. Be sure to pack appropriate outdoor clothing (boots, toques, mitts, etc.) as we may go on short walks, weather permitting.
