Julie Downey-Hoglund

Julie Downey-Hoglund is passionate about creative arts programming, with a focus on process and sensory art experiences. She enjoys many different artistic mediums, and is always finding new ways to express her creativity. Julie’s post-secondary education includes psychology, social work and fine art. She has extensive experience in early childhood programming and working with children, youth and adults of all ages and abilities. Julie has been an art instructor at the Esplanade since June, 2018.
