This winter come play at the Esplanade galleries on Saturday afternoons.  This Pay What You Will experience is open for drop-in, no booking required. This gives you the flexibility you need to fit your busy schedule.

Start at 1pm or 2 pm with Gallery Exploration, followed by Storytime, and then onto a changing roster of fun activity options!

Can’t make it for a start time? Don’t worry, we have a selection of self-led activities to get you started until the next guided group activity starts.

Gallery Play! consists of a mix of guided and independently led games and activities for you to choose from. Learn how to engage your kiddos in the galleries with confidence through Gallery Exploration, play gallery games, then take-in story time and art activities in our brand-new Discovery Zone or go your own way with one of our scavenger hunt options. The roster of fun is continually changing to tailor to your needs and to ensure a high level of engagement with you and your littles, making each experience unique.

Gallery Play! is recommended for all ages, however all children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Whether it's your very first visit to a gallery, or you're a seasoned gallery enthusiast, our instructor will help find an engaging, fun activity that is right for you.
